Richie Edmonds generated over $2 million in gross sales for Thornton, Harvison & Rhodes in 2006, his first year with the firm. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers in the commercial real estate market, Edmonds specializes in conducting research on available land and properties. Clients have learned to rely on him to find the right property or site to fit particular criteria, including intended use, price and size. Prior to joining THR, Edmonds was on the staff at Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge for seven years.
Although born and raised in Shreveport, La., he moved to Baton Rouge before high school and is a graduate of both Parkview Baptist High School and Louisiana State University. He and his wife Holly continue to make their home in Baton Rouge. |
