Collier Thornton has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1996, when he began his career with Latter & Blum. After working with an Alabama development group, where he represented drug store chain Rite Aid in new site selection efforts, he joined with Ty Harvison and Brent Rhodes to create Thornton, Harvison & Rhodes in 2000. Thornton holds a commercial real estate license in Louisiana, Florida and Mississippi, and continues to focus his work on tenant representation for national retailers, including drug stores, fast food restaurants, hotels, banks and gas retailers. He is also active in assisting clients with site development and property management and in his own development ventures.
Thornton lives in Baton Rouge, La., with wife Adrienne and sons John-Collier, Brooks and Graham. He is active in the community and has been recognized as a Baton Rouge Top 40 Under 40 honoree, as the subject of an “e” profile in The Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and as the Latter & Blum Rookie of the Year in 1996. Originally from Shreveport, La., he holds a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University. |
